I’ve been using the One and Only Apothecary Calm and Define Facial Balm for almost a month, and it’s safe to say I’m completely hooked. While I still have longtime favorites from each, this balm is unlike anything I’ve tried before.

This is the product that answered all my skincare needs prayers. It has a heavy moisturizing property while still feeling extremely lightweight on the skin. When I first put it on, I was worried it was going to be too oily, but it immediately absorbed into my skin, leaving it feeling renewed, refreshed and soft. I love wearing it alone as well as pairing it with a moisturizer on top for a deeper lock in. It wears so beautifully under makeup it's become almost a primer for me as well. I've even used it on top of my makeup as a midday refresher, and it blends in lovely. I do use tretinol, and so I get a lot of extra dryness. This product has helped with that on nights that I don't use the tret. I religiously put it on every morning and have seen huge changes in my skin. The only downside is at first I didn't love the scent, but it is honestly grown on me and I really enjoy it now!
